I understand that they are trying to be hopeful and positive influences on me, but at the alike(p) time I have grown up outside of my family and have created new ideas and goals for my future not the necessarily the future that they always have had envisioned for me.Prioritizing family expectations is a balancing act for me because I want to make my family proud while at the same time living life according to my own principles. This can be a difficult terrain to traverse, but u ltimately it leads to more open and honest discussions about the best way to live life. In our family, these discussions can at times become heated, but they are always interesting and we come out of them with new respect and hopes for the future.I have found that sometimes not living up to family expectations has been the most fruitful decisions I have personally made in my life. Making my own choices and following my dreams in spite of my familys expectations has paid off. My family is proud of me for having the courage and the ambition to follow through on what I believe in. If that is in fact their ultimate expectation for me, then I have found the balance necessary to surpass those expectations in the face of all obstacles.

Iti s also important to frame up the students at ease and not have them concerned ab let on what they say and how it will be us ed.Furthermore, I believe as an interviewer one wants as few distractions as possible during the process. With Jim allowing for cross flow of talk and having them in a group, I believe that it enabled the process to get to the route of the line of work. More often that not, quite a little feed off of others comments thus adding to the discussion. As Jim only interjected when they got off topic this allowed for him to gather more data during the sentenceframe they were allotted. I dont believe the initial information was able to answer the why, how and when questions would like an interview did. It was able to get to the route of the problem allowing for him to make the WBL a better plan. The more he was able to learn about the flaws the better for him. Additionally i feel the answers in the primarily data led to more questions. He found out that many students had not been placed and now he knew why they had not.
